Villas Rio & Groove can both house up to 16 people each within their 4 bedrooms. Our professional caretakers and cooks have been extensively trained so they can meet your every need. The Rio Villa is an exclusive luxury residential development among six high end villas nestled amongst the mangroves, surrounded by the backwaters of river Nerul on three sides, in Candolim, North Goa. The villa has a selection of amenities and services that exceed those you will find at luxury hotels and resorts. Standard specifications include luxury bathroom fittings, top notch flooring, Italian kitchens, while goods including flat televisions and state of the art security system.
Each and every bedroom, living area and even the bathrooms have their own individuality, the owners (who wish to remain anonymous) good tastes are evident even in the landscaping. Ofcourse drinking water, meat, seafood, alcohol can be delivered from nearby stores or picked up by the villa's caretaker. |
The spectacular pool pavilion is undoubtedly the Villa’s centerpiece. Breathe in the river water as you relax in your luxurious paradise surrounded by friendly staff, listening to the iPod Dock (provided). Watch the glowing sky from the exquisite outdoor living area with its pavilions and lush gardens. And if you want to feel the warm waves lapping your feet, just take the funicular down to the sandy beach.
As for the interior of the Villa: stunning doesn’t even begin to describe it. Entering through the "reddish" entranceway, you are surrounded by ethereal light and natural materials. If you decide to stay indoors, do enjoy the breezy upper level sitout. Vertical Divider

Opulent fabrics and contemporary furnishings characterise the living area, and the huge open air terrace with a fully equipped outdoor kitchen. Each and every bedroom, living area and even the bathrooms have their own individuality, all bath courts with outdoor showers, the attached maid's room has a private toilet.
All bedrooms are airconditioned with double beds, extra mattresses & private bathrooms equipped with towels & handwash. You can order in from a nearby restaurant, they deliver to the villa. For home made stuff without the effort, we can help hire a private cook for you, who will discuss the daily menu, get fresh ingredients on your behalf and cook up tasty dishes.
